Only approved 2018 BHS members (and membership applications before November 1st) are entitled to register for the GAM at the discounted member registration fee.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON (E-)POSTERS:
Dear submitter / presenter of an abstract at the BHS General Annual Meeting,
A while ago, you have submitted an abstract (or more abstracts) which was accepted for poster presentation.
This year, all presenters are asked to bring a physical / hard-copy poster. See specifications below and in your confirmation e-mail.
In addition, several e-poster terminals are on-site. All presenters are asked to upload an e-version of their poster(s) as well.
Only these posters will be available in the BHS Events App. The company Morressier has sent you a message on the e-poster submission.
Hard-copy poster:
You will be asked to prepare a poster. You have received a confirmation e-mail from the company CTI / cPaper.
Specifications:
The size of the poster board and therefore the maximum poster size is: A0 - 33.1 in (w) x 46.8 in (h) / 841 mm (w) x 1189 mm (h) - portrait format.
Velcro dots will be available onsite.
