Clinical care centers for sickle cells disease in Belgium Survey

Dear BHS members,

A survey was distributed to you a few months ago. The main objective was to establish a map of centers where patients with sickle cell disease are followed but also to know the team and the tools available in these centers to follow these patients.

You will find a summary of the results obtained in the document downloadable.
